Eligibility: All athletes aged 13U-Pro Program duration: Monthly (June/July/August), or weekly registration. *This program is not appropriate for athletes dealing with lower leg or knee injuries* Speed and Plyo days are back! We initially offered this program way back in 2020 when Covid forced us outside. Well, due to popular demand, we're bringing it back! The only change, this time we'll be inside! Relative power is our greatest indicator of an athlete who jumps high and moves fast! While strength training focusses on the "force" side of the equation, this program emphasizes velocity (speed), making this program the perfect complement to Vert Academy. We'll be sprinting, skipping, jumping and bounding, all while teaching you the techniques and guidelines to take your athleticism to the next level! Saturdays 1:00pm - 2:00pm at the Volleyball Academy.
