1-ON-1 STRENGTH TRAINING
A personalized approach to your game, our volleyball specific strength training focusses on improving your vertical jump, foot speed, hitting power, and decreases the risk of injury. Our coaches provide customizations to your programming based on your specific needs, and utilize technologies such as; velocity based training, video playback/review, force plate analysis, regular testing, and more!
SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
Our "build your own" small group training provides the same great service at a shared cost to participants. This offering allows for 2-6 athletes to train together under the guidance of one of our expert coaches. Training with a teammate or friend is a fun and motivation way to keep everyone on track, and to hold each other accountable.
