1-ON-1 ON-COURT
The gold standard for personal attention and feedback! Our 1-on-1 sessions pair you with an experienced and knowledgeable coach of your choice. During a typical 1-hour session, our athletes receive up to 4x as many reps as experience in a 2-hour team environment and access to higher level concepts. Our coaches utilize technologies such as delayed video playback/review, radaring, and more!
SMALL GROUP ON-COURT
Our "build your own" small group sessions provide personalized attention at a shared cost to participants. These sessions allow 2-6 athletes to train together, and help improved chemistry and cohesiveness on the court. With additional participants, we are able to expand concepts and incorporate more athletes in a variety of ways, such as adding blockers during an attacking drill.
